Non-Regular Employee. 2.1.5.1 A non-regular employee is one employed pursuant to 11.4.5 of this Agreement.
Non-Regular Employee. (i) All time worked beyond the normal workday (seven hours) shall be deemed to be overtime. Overtime shall be paid for at the rate of one and one-half times (1½x) for the first two hours and double-time (2x) after two hours in any one day or shift.
