Within thirty (30) Business Days following the date of this Agreement, the Company shall provide or otherwise make available to Parent, a copy of each Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C, as applicable, for the last three (3) years. Except as would not be material to the business of the Company Group, taken as a whole, since January 4, 2021, the Company has timely filed each Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C, as applicable.
