Their role may include: The Separation Coach helps clients clarify their concerns; helps clients manage their emotions; helps clients develop effective communication skills and reinforce those skills; helps clients develop effective co- parenting skills; and helps clients develop a parenting plan. The Child Consultant is neutral; listens to each child; sensitizes parents to the needs of each child in the context of the divorce; and provides information to parents to help them in the development of their parenting plan.   • Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date.   • Sale or License of Custom Products Involving Tax Exempt Financing (i.e., Certificates of Participation - COPS) The Authorized User’s sale or other transfer of Custom Products which were acquired by the Authorized User using third party, tax-exempt financing may not occur until such Custom Products are, or become, useable. In the event that the Contractor wishes to obtain ownership rights to Custom Product(s), the sale or other transfer shall be at fair market value determined at the time of such sale or other transfer, and must be pursuant to a separate written agreement in a form acceptable to the Authorized User which complies with the terms of this paragraph.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
