New Well Site Sample Clauses

New Well Site. CDRI shall provide to the City and its consultants access for exploration and ultimate development of up to two well sites and their associated delivery infrastructure on the Canyon del Rio property. Well sites are anticipated to be between ten thousand and forty thousand square feet. Sites will generally be in the open space areas as depicted on Exhibit B and the Block Plat. Once sites are identified, CDRI will deed the well site property to the City and provide necessary easements for access and water delivery infrastructure at no cost to the City. CDRI will have no further responsibility for design, permitting, or construction of the well sites and delivery system, and CDRI will be deemed to have satisfied any requirement for new water production to the City. The well(s) are to be financed through the capacity fees only.
