Negotiations and Ratifications. A. If categories which contain request for funds to support items in this Agreement are reduced, further negotiations shall begin within ten (10) days and continue to a conclusion. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall take effect July 1, 2018, remain in effect through June 30, 2021, until superseded by a successor agreement, except as indicated in the following fiscal years: For FY19, FY20, and FY21, negotiations may be reopened each year upon written request by a party in accordance with Article 17.5 and, if so, limited to wages, fringe benefits, and two (2) articles which shall be selected by each respective party. Items selected must be mandatory items of negotiation or permissive items that both parties agree to negotiate.

  • Modifications and Waivers No provision of this Agreement shall be modified, waived or discharged unless the modification, waiver or discharge is agreed to in writing and signed by the Executive and by an authorized officer of the Company (other than the Executive). No waiver by either party of any breach of, or of compliance with, any condition or provision of this Agreement by the other party shall be considered a waiver of any other condition or provision or of the same condition or provision at another time.
