Nature of the Employment Relationship. 115 The parties understand and agree that Employees are a part of a larger community providing instruction and library service that enhances the total learning environment. Lecturer I: Masters degree, or a Bachelor’s degree plus thirty (30) graduate credit hours in a discipline directly related to the Employee’s teaching assignment, or equivalent as determined by the Department Head. 119 b. Lecturer II: Masters degree plus thirty (30) hours toward a terminal degree, All But Dissertation status (ABD) or equivalent as determined by Department Head. 120 c. Lecturer III: An earned doctorate, terminal degree that is recognized as equivalent to the doctorate in the applicable Departmental Evaluation Document, or equivalent as determined by the Department Head.

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. The Company hereby waives any claims that the Company may have against the Underwriters with respect to any breach of fiduciary duty in connection with this offering.
