Library Service definition

Library Service means the Library Service delivered by Bath & North East Somerset Council; “Nominated Representatives” The Nominated Representatives of both Parties as identified in CLAUSE 2; “Notice” Includes any notice, demand, consent, invoice or other communication; “Organisation” Means the Community Organisation which is one of the Parties to this Agreement and which is legally competent to enter into the Agreement; “Party” Means a party to this Agreement; “Premises” [Insert address of community library here] ; “Protected MeasuresAppropriate technical and organisational measures which may include: pseudonymising and encrypting Personal Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, ensuring that availability of and access to Personal Data can be restored in a timely manner after an incident, and regularly assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the such measures adopted by it; “Resources” Means those supplies and services listed in Schedule 1 and Inventory in Schedule 2 and such other supplies and services which the parties may mutually agree to be provided for the functions of the Community Run Library; “Stock” Means the books provided by Bath & North East Somerset Council for the Community Run Library [and any items added by the Organisation]; “Sub-processor” Any third Party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Organisation related to this Agreement; “the Council” Means Bath & North East Somerset Council.
Library Service means all library services that are offered by a public library.
