Nature of Assistance. (a) Advances for plant, livestock, carry-on expenses and further property development intended to restore the economic viability of the farm either in the existing form of produc­ tion or in another form of production which may be under­ taken in combination with, or completely replace, the existing form of production.

Nature of Assistance. The assistance to be rendered by WCOM may -------------------- take the form of recommendation to a commercial lender with whom WCOM does business, WCOM's guaranty, or partial guaranty, of such Credit Facility, a secured loan or loans by WCOM, or other assistance reasonably calculated to assist NETCO to obtain the financing necessary to acquire and install customer site equipment and/or telephony equipment interconnecting such customer sites; provided, however, WCOM shall not be required to guaranty such Credit Facility or itself to make such loan, in whole or in part, but may do so in its sole discretion.

Nature of Assistance. (a) An advance provided for one year sufficient to raise the applicant's estimated future income from all sources to the level of payment which would be applicable to the applicant if the applicant were eligible for unemployment benefits. An extension for a further two years may be allowed in those cases where the applicant has made a genuine effort to dispose of the applicant's productive assets at a market value acceptable to the State.
