Common use of National Board Certification Clause in Contracts

National Board Certification. A teacher achieving National Board Certification shall be paid an additional $2,000 per year so long as such certification is maintained. In order for the teacher to initiate the additional stipend payment to his/her salary, (s)he must notify the Superintendent of Schools, in writing, that (s)he has achieved National Certification and shall submit proof of certification, if requested.

National Board Certification. β€Œ A teacher achieving National Board Certification shall who receives national board certification will be paid an additional $2,000 per 500 annually in addition to his or her current placement on the salary schedule beginning with the school year after the teacher receives the certification so long as such certification is maintained. In order for the teacher remains so certified.
