MUNICIPALITY. The person, corporation or other legal entity authorized by the Owner under this Agreement to attach its Facilities to Poles and the party responsible for compliance with applicable Law and Owner's rules, tariffs, policies, procedures and regulations regarding such accommodations. The term “Municipality” shall be construed to include a municipal Board of Education, public school department, or regional school district which provides education for the Municipality.

MUNICIPALITY. (The Provider’s municipality is the place where his or her office is located. If the Provider maintains more than one office, he or she will have to appear more than once in the list and file. Parent. Any corporation, now or at any time or times hereafter, owning or controlling (alone or with any other person) at least a majority of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the Operator.
