Multiple, Scheduled Passes. The Contractor shall make no fewer than three scheduled and/or unscheduled passes of each area impacted by the storm or disaster event. The City shall direct the interval timing of all passes. Sufficient time, a minimum of one weekend, shall be permitted between subsequent passes to accommodate reasonable recovery and additional Debris placement at the ROW by the citizens and the City. Upon agreement between the City and the Contractor, the number of passes may be increased based on mutual agreement regarding the amount of additional Debris brought to the ROW. Additional passes will not effect or change the fees due pursuant to this Contract.

County shall direct the interval timing of all passes. Passes shall be complete only when County deems they meet the definition outlined in section 3.4 of this Exhibit. Sufficient time shall be permitted between subsequent passes to accommodate reasonable recovery and additional debris placement at the ROW by the citizens and the County.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.
