Modification of Propulsion System Reference Price and Propulsion System Price Revision Formula. The Reference Price of the Propulsion System, the prices of the related equipment and the Propulsion System Price Revision Formula are based on information received from the Propulsions System manufacturer and are subject to amendment by the Propulsion System manufacturer at any time prior to Delivery. If the Propulsion System manufacturer makes any such amendment, the amendment will be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement and the Reference Price of the Propulsion System, the prices of the related equipment and the Propulsion System Price Revision Formula will be adjusted accordingly. The Seller agrees to notify the Buyer as soon as the Seller receives notice of any such amendment from the Propulsion System manufacturer. ** Confidential Treatment Requested.
