The Technical Acceptance Process will Sample Clauses
The Technical Acceptance Process will. (i) start on a date notified by the Seller to the Buyer at least ten (10) Working Days in advance,
(ii) take place at the Delivery Location.
(iii) be carried out by the personnel of the Seller, subject to 8.2.2 below,
(iv) include a technical acceptance flight and
(v) normally be expected to conclude in five (5) Working Days.
The Technical Acceptance Process will. (i) commence on a date notified by the Seller to the Buyer at least ** in advance,
(ii) take place at the Delivery Location,
(iii) be carried out by the personnel of the Seller, (iv) include a technical acceptance flight (the “Technical Acceptance Flight”)that will not exceed **, and
(iv) conclude in **.
