AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-200 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 3.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in Boeing Document [*CTR] by the Purchase Agreement to be [*CTR] into the Customer’s Detail Specification (herein referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321-200 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. E 000 02000 Issue 4 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 3.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification TBD (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 4.1. The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification D019U002 (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Buyer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees. The Manufacturer's Empty Weight guarantee of Section 3 will be adjusted by Boeing for the following in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the 787 Airplane Description and Selections Document, 787B1-0227 Rev G, dated May 15, 2006 and paragraphs 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 above to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in Boeing Document 787B1-4102, Revision F, "787 Airplane Configuration Specification", dated March 28, 2012, as amended by Addendum Document 787B1-4102-FAAL01, dated June 29, 2012, plus any changes mutually agreed to or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 2.1 The initial configuration of Customer's Model 737-8 Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-8 basic specification [**********************************], [*********], and will be configured as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement (Initial Configuration). Final configuration of the Aircraft (Final Configuration) will be completed using the then-current Boeing configuration documentation in accordance with the following schedule:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees listed below are for a *** CRJ Aircraft based on the CRJ700 ER Aircraft configuration as defined in Bombardier Aerospace Type ***, with the Buyer Selected Optional Features listed in Schedule 3 or Schedule 3A as applicable, and equipped with GE CF34-8C1 engines as defined in GE document CF34-8C1 Installation Manual reference GEK 105093. The weight data corresponds to the *** design weight option. Appropriate adjustments shall be made for any changes in configuration *** approved by the Buyer and Bombardier or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement and which cause changes to the performance of the Aircraft.
