Modification of Contract Terms and Contract Documents. 3.1 The Contract may only be modified, amended, or expanded by an Addendum. Any change to the Contract, including the addition of work or materials, the revision of payment terms, or the substitution of work or materials made unilaterally by the Supplier, is a material breach of the Contract. Unless otherwise specified by applicable law or rules, such changes, including without limitation, any unauthorized written Contract modification, shall be void and without effect and the Supplier shall not be entitled to any claim under the Contract based on those changes. No oral statement of any person shall modify or otherwise affect the terms, conditions, or specifications stated in the Contract.

All Contract Documents shall be mutually executed by persons authorized to enter into the Contract Document on behalf of each party.
