Scope and Contract Renewal. 1.1 Supplier may not add products or services to its offerings under the Contract without the State’s prior written approval. Such request may require a competitive bid of the additional products or services. If the need arises for goods or services outside the scope of the Contract, Supplier shall contact the State.

  • Contract Renewal State may renew this Contract under its then-existing terms and conditions (subject to potential cost adjustments described below in section 2) in two-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to State.
