Miscellaneous - Wages. 8.6.1 There shall be a swing shift differential as reflected in the salary schedule. If a swing shift is initiated, those employees working more than 50% of their hours after 3:00 p.m. will receive the differential. There shall be a graveyard shift differential as reflected in the salary schedule. If a swing shift is initiated, those employees working more than 50% of their hours after 1:00 a.m. will receive the differential.

  • Miscellaneous Rules 1. The provisions of this Convention shall not be construed to restrict in any manner any exemption, allowance, credit or other deduction accorded:
