Programs and Coverage. 9.8.1 The District will provide for the health and insurance plans noted below and make contributions to those plans as noted: a. Medical b. Dental c. Vision d. Group Term Life Insurance 9.8.2 80% / 20% Premium Cost Sharing Plan: a. The District's maximum contribution toward medical benefit premium costs shall be 80% of the premium cost for the low cost medical plan offered by the District. Each Bargaining Unit Member's contribution toward medical benefit premium costs shall be 20% of the premium cost for the low cost plan medical plan offered by the District. Unit members shall be responsible for the buy up costs related to selecting a medical plan other than the low cost plan.

Unit members shall be responsible for medical costs that exceed the District’s maximum contribution.
