Miscellaneous Supportability. Vendor may add support for new products or discontinue support for existing products from time-to-time. If Vendor discontinues support for a product, Vendor will inform Customer six months in advance of the discontinuation by posting the information at h ttp://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx or any successor site. If Vendor sells a product to another company, Vendor will give Customer notice of the sale and at the time of such notice will either (i) arrange for the other company to continue the support; or (ii) continue support itself for 90 days to give Customer time to make alternative arrangements. For additional information regarding a product’s lifecycle see: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/industry/government/texasdir.mspx There may be cases where Customer’s implementation of Vendor’s products cannot be effectively supported. As part of providing the support services, Vendor will notify Customer if Vendor reaches that conclusion. If Customer does not modify the implementation to make it effectively supportable within 30 calendar days after the notice, Vendor will not be obligated to provide additional support services for that implementation, however Vendor will continue to provide support for Customer’s other supportable implementations covered by the statement of services. For statements of services for support, Vendor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support services for those products covered in the statement of services, provided they are validly licensed by Customer.
