Miscellaneous Services means: services requested by the User from time to time which services are nominated in Schedule 3 as Miscellaneous Services; or services to the extent that they are materially different (in nature, extent or cost) to the Services provided to other Access Holders at the Terminal including as a result of the nature of the User's Coal (or any contaminants in it) or requirements in respect of its handling, storage, blending, unloading or loading which result in materially additional costs or delays.
