Miscellaneous Services means medically necessary services and supplies, other than Room and Board and professional services. These services or supplies must be provided by a Hospital or Convalescent Care Facility.

Miscellaneous Services means: services requested by the User from time to time which services are nominated in Schedule as Miscellaneous Services; or services to the extent that they are materially different (in nature, extent or cost) to the Services provided to other Access Holders at the Terminal Component including as a result of the nature of the User's Coal (or any contaminants in it) or requirements in respect of its handling, storage, blending, unloading or loading which result in materially additional costs or delays.

• The User must pay DBCT Management for Miscellaneous Services provided at the Terminal where such services are charged separately from HCF and HCV, at the rates applicable pursuant to clause 6.4.

Miscellaneous Services. When directed by the Board, provide miscellaneous services including but not limited to the following: additional construction observations beyond periodic observations, conducting water intrusion testing and analysis, coordination of emergency building envelope repairs, development of Board building envelope design standards, development of Board building envelope maintenance procedures, review of the building envelope portion of construction documents prepared by other architects, indoor air quality and mold studies, and analysis of building envelope commissioning services including roof testing, window testing, wall testing.

Miscellaneous Services means services involving any of the following: providing customer services as a ticketing agent, bag drop attendant or skycap; parking lot operation services; transporting or driving passengers via shuttle, wheelchair or cart; working as a cab starter; providing towing services; handling passenger baggage; or rental car-related activities, including, but not limited to, work performed by attendants, technicians, detailers/cleaners, and dispatchers;

Miscellaneous Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
