Common use of Military Training Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Training Leave. a. Full-time employees with military training obligations shall be granted military training leave without pay, not to exceed thirty working days in any calendar year, for discharge of such obligation. Employees must provide at least thirty days advance notice to the Executive Director.

Military Training Leave. a. Full-time employees with military training obligations ‌ An employee shall be granted military leave for training leave without payperiods which are mandatory by military obligation, not to exceed thirty working ten (10) days in per year. The employee shall be paid the difference between his/her military pay and his/her regular pay for the period of leave, excluding any calendar year, for discharge of such obligation. Employees must provide at least thirty days advance notice to the Executive Directorallotments.

Military Training Leave. a. FullAny regular employee who is a member of a branch or component of the U.S. Armed Forces, and who has received duly authorized orders to attend military-time paid duty, shall be allowed up to fifteen (15) calendar days leave per calendar year for such purpose. During such leave, employees with shall be paid the difference between their factored rate of pay, and their military pay. Such military training obligations leaves shall not be granted deducted from accrued annual leave. Employees ordered to attend additional periods of military training duty may take annual leave or leave without pay, not to exceed thirty working days in any calendar year, pay for discharge of such obligation. Employees must provide at least thirty days advance notice to the Executive Directorduty.
