MHPR Level I Documentation. Prior to project implementation, the designated responsible party shall oversee the successful delivery of a package prepared by staff or contractors meeting the Professional Qualifications for Architectural History, History, Architecture, or Historic Architecture, as appropriate. The documentation package will meet the standards for Level I documentation cited in the Minnesota Historic Property Record Guidelines dated June 2009 (Appendix F) or subsequent issue.

  • Project Documentation All documentation provided to the City other than Project drawings shall be furnished on a Microsoft compatible compact disc.

  • Senior Level Negotiations If after fifteen (15) Days of receipt of the Dispute Notice Response by the submitting party or, in the event that the receiving party fails to timely submit a Dispute Notice Response, either Party may, by providing written Notice to the other party, request that the Dispute be resolved by direct negotiations between senior level negotiators of the parties (“Senior Level Negotiations Notice”). It is within each party’s discretion to determine who constitutes a senior level negotiator, and this person may be, among other possibilities, a senior executive or in-house counsel. The senior level negotiators shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary to exchange information and attempt to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) Days after the Senior Level Negotiations Notice is given to the other party.

  • Required Fiscal Documentation A. Prior to execution of this Agreement, Contractor will have submitted to County for review and approval an annual budget covering all contracted services under this Agreement.

  • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.
