Level IV definition

Level IV shall exist at any time the Total Leverage Ratio is less than 1.00:1.0.

Level IV means the most serious acts of misconduct, which are so serious, they may require the intervention of outside agencies and/or law enforcement. Health, safety and well-being are seriously threatened by this level of act.
