Percentage Charges The percentage charges as set out in the Independent Fee Survey in respect of the provision of “Standards Services Schedule A” vary due to the complexity of the building and the Total Construction Cost. The variations in relation to Complexity and Total Construction Cost are shown in the RIAI Produced Independent Survey. Three building categories of complexity are listed below as guidance. Higher percentage charges apply for more complex buildings and lower percentage charges for simpler buildings.
