METHODS OF CALCULATION. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any Subsidiary, without the prior written consent of the Bank, to change the methods or assumptions used to calculate statutory reserves and for statutory reporting purposes. If the use of practices of accounting otherwise permitted by applicable law (the "Other Practices") but not used by the Company or the Subsidiaries on the date hereof, are later used, such Other Practices shall not be permissible if the result of their use causes compliance with Sections 6.5(b) or 6.21.
