Total Construction Cost definition

Total Construction Cost means the Total Construction Cost (Line 55) from Form 3 Development Budget less any of the following costs that if included within Line 55: 1) Governmental Permits and Fees including Impact Fees and Utility Fees; 2) Builders Risk Insurance (Line 44); 3) all bonds including Payment and Performance Bonds and Public Improvement Bonds (Line 44).
Total Construction Cost means the sum of site costs, costs of constructing or rehabilitating structures, systems, facilities, units and components, general requirements, bond premiums, and contractor overhead and profit as determined by MaineHousing.
Total Construction Cost means the sum of site costs, structures costs, general requirements, bond premiums, and contractor overhead and profit.

Total Construction Cost means, in relation to each Ship:
Total Construction Cost means in respect of each Vessel together the Additional Construction Cost and the Contract Price;
