Meetings between Union and Employer. On a monthly (and as needed) basis, meetings will be held between the Employer and a committee of two representing the Union, to discuss any questions, including health and safety issues, excluding grievances, which may arise in connection with office routine, as well as any suggestions which may be forthcoming to improve the various phases of the business of the Employer; but it is understood and agreed that in all matters of policy and operation not otherwise specifically covered by this Agreement, the decision of the Employer shall be final. Meetings may be delayed or cancelled by mutual agreement.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
