Meeting with Human Resources. Within ten (10) days of receipt of a written grievance, the Union and the grievant shall meet with Human Resources. Meeting with Labor Relations. Any matter not resolved with Human Resources within ten (10) days shall be referred to Labor Relations, prior to a demand for Arbitration. The Senior Manager of Labor Relations shall meet with the Union within seven (7) days of such referral. Arbitration. Any matter not resolved with Labor Relations, within seven (7) days, may be submitted to arbitration by either party to this Agreement, provided that written demand for arbitration must be made within forty-five (45) days from the date of occurrence. Failure to comply within the time limits contained in this Paragraph shall render the grievance null and void. Any rights possessed by either the Union or the employee with respect to arbitration shall be irrevocably waived. Upon the receipt of the written demand for arbitration, the parties shall, within seven (7) days’ after receipt of such demand, confer and select an arbitrator from a list of nine (9) persons previously mutually agreed upon by the parties as being acceptable to resolve disputes under this Agreement. As for the selection of the arbitrator for a specific dispute, the parties shall select such individual by alternately striking names from the list until the last name remains. The hearing shall be held within thirty (30) days after the arbitrator is selected, contingent upon the arbitrator’s availability, with the further understanding that the arbitrator’s award will be issued no later than forty-five (45) days after the hearing is completed.

  • Meeting of the Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the Company may hold meetings, both regular and special, within or outside the State of Delaware. Regular meetings of the Board may be held without notice at such time and at such place as shall from time to time be determined by the Board.
