Medical Affairs Reports. For Medical Affairs Activities conducted for the Profit-Share Territory, each Party will provide to the JSC, (a) within [**] after the same becoming available, any material information and data arising from the Medical Affairs Activities with respect to the Licensed Products for the Profit-Share Territory by such Party, and (b) at least [**] in advance of each regularly scheduled meeting of the Joint Medical Affairs Subcommittee, all other relevant information and data arising from Medical Affairs Activities for the Licensed Products for the Profit-Share Territory conducted by or on behalf of such Party since the last such meeting to the extent not previously disclosed in connection with day-to-day interactions between the Parties. In addition, at the first JSC meeting in the following Calendar Year, each Party will provide an annual review for the Calendar Year-ended of results versus goals of Medical Affairs Activities for the Licensed Products for the Profit-Share Territory (as such goals are set forth in the corresponding Joint Medical Affairs Plans). Biogen will provide (i) to the JSC [**], and (ii) [**].
Medical Affairs Reports. For each Calendar Year following the first Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product in the Territory, Zai shall provide to Deciphera a report (by means of a slide presentation or otherwise) summarizing the Medical Affairs activities performed by or on behalf of Deciphera and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Territory for the Licensed Product in each region in the Territory since the prior report provided by Zai. Such reports shall be Confidential Information of Zai and subject to the terms of ARTICLE 11. Zai shall provide updates to any such report at each meeting of the subcommittee established by the JSC to oversee the Medical Affairs activities under this Agreement.
Medical Affairs Reports. Following the first Regulatory Approval of a Licensed Product in the Novartis Territory on and after the License Effective Date, each Party will provide […***…] reports (by means of a slide presentation or otherwise) to the JMAC which shall provide an overview of the Medical Liaisons Activities performed by or on behalf of such Party and its Affiliates and licensees or Sublicensees in such Party’s Territory for each Licensed Product marketed in such Territory since the prior report provided by such Party.

For each Calendar Quarter in which any Medical Affairs are conducted by or on behalf of Partner or its Affiliates or Sublicensees for the Licensed Product in the Territory no later than the end of such Calendar Quarter, Partner will provide to Kiniksa a report (by means of a slide presentation or otherwise) summarizing the Medical Affairs activities performed by or on behalf of Partner and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Territory for the Licensed Product in each country and region in the Territory since the prior report provided by Partner. Such reports will be the Confidential Information of each Party and subject to the terms of Article 11 (Confidentiality; Publication). Partner will provide updates to any such report at each meeting of the JSC and JDC.

Partner will provide updates to any such report at each meeting of the JSC and JDC.
Medical Affairs Reports. For so long as KKC performs co-promotion activities as set forth hereunder, KKC shall provide Amgen with a report, in such form and manner as determined by Amgen, within [***] days after the end of each calendar quarter, setting forth the following information regarding the efforts of the KKC Co-Promote Medical Liaisons in performing field Medical Affairs Activities for the Product in the Co-Promotion Territory in accordance with this Section 6.4.8 during the preceding calendar quarter: (i) an overview of the field Medical Affairs Activities performed by the KKC Co-Promote Medical Liaisons, including a breakdown by date and by individual representative; and (ii) such other information as may be reasonably specified by Amgen.
Medical Affairs Reports. At each meeting of the JMAC (or invited JDC or JCC agenda-driven meeting), each Party will report on the Medical Affairs Activities such Party and its Affiliates have performed with respect to Products in the Field since the last meeting of the JMAC, evaluate the work performed in relation to the goals of the Medical Affairs Plan and provide such other information as may be reasonably requested by the JSC with respect to such Medical Affairs Activities.
Medical Affairs Reports. Sobi shall provide to ADCT and the JSC a high-level written report once every Calendar Half during the Royalty Term, describing (a) the progress of its efforts and results achieved, during the last Calendar Half, to perform Medical Affairs Activities with respect to the Products in Sobi Territory, including achievements under the Sobi Medical Affairs Plan and (b) the expected Medical Affairs Activities relating to the Products in the Sobi Territory to be performed in the next Calendar Half under the Sobi Medical Affairs Plan.

Medical Affairs Reports. For each Calendar Quarter in which any Medical Affairs are conducted by or on behalf of Licensee or its Affiliates or Sublicensees for any Licensed Product in the Territory, no later than [***] days after the end of such Calendar Quarter, Licensee will provide Licensor a reasonably detailed written report summarizing the Medical Affairs activities conducted by or on behalf of Licensee under this Agreement with respect to each Licensed Product in the Territory during the period since the preceding report (or, in case of the first such report, the first Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product in the Territory) (each, a “Medical Affairs Report”).
