Maximum Annual Vacation Accrued. The ceiling for the hold bank referenced in CBA article 11.4 will increase from 70 hours to 124 hours until June 30, 2021. Vacation accruals from the period of March 25, 2020 through June 30, 2020 shall remain in the hold bank and be available to use until June 30, 2021. Until December 30, 2020 (or longer if required to comply with IRS rules regarding constructive receipt), employees can cash out up to 100 hours from the hold bank in accordance with IRS rules regarding constructive receipt, in addition to what they can already cash out per the CBA. Any remaining hours in the hold back at June 30, 2021 will be moved from the hold bank into the regular vacation bank. Any hours over the vacation bank cap will be lost.

Maximum Annual Vacation Accrued. The ceiling for the hold bank referenced in CBA Article 11.4 will increase from 70 hours to 124 hours until September 30, 2021. Vacation accruals starting from March 25, 2020 that are currently in the over limit bank or holding bank shall remain in those banks and will be moved to the regular bank on December 24, 2021. The number of voluntary vacation cash-out hours that employees can cash-out in 2022 under Article 12.4.3 of the CBA will be increased by 100 hours or the number of hours in the employee’s excess vacation bank (holding bank plus the over limit bank) as of December 23, 2021, whichever is greater. All other voluntary cash-out criteria, timeline and procedures will be applied as outlined in Article 12.4.3

  • Maximum Vacation Accrual Employees may accrue vacation up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours. An employee who has reached the maximum accrual level may continue to accrue vacation until his or her next anniversary date, at which time any vacation accrued in addition to the two hundred forty (240) hour maximum accrual will be extinguished. With the written approval of the appropriate Vice President, an employee may accrue more than two hundred forty (240) hours of vacation when he or she is precluded from taking a previously scheduled vacation because of University needs. Any such written approval will specify a timeline for the employee to use any excess vacation accrual, after which any excess vacation accrual will be extinguished.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.
