Marketing and Promotional Services. During the term of this Agreement, Company shall have the right to hold itself out as a "Founding Member" of the BuildNet System. As a Founding Member, Company shall be entitled to the following benefits and services with respect to the Major Product Category.

Marketing and Promotional Services. (a) In order to assist in the transition of the Assets from Seller to Buyer, from the date hereof until March 1, 2011, Buyer may, at no charge to Buyer (i) request that Seller (through the Key Personnel) continue to serve as the liason to customers, if necessary in connection with one or more of Seller’s customers, and (ii) engage Seller as an import operator to supply orders to Buyer, provided that the terms of such engagement are mutually agreed upon with Seller. In no event shall Seller be liable for any obligations relating to such role and Buyer shall indemnify Seller, its officers, directors and shareholders from any liability against third parties relating to such activities. Any legal documentation shall be entered into by Buyer and not Seller and any non performance or defective performance of such customer orders shall be the sole liability of Buyer.
Marketing and Promotional Services. 7.1 The OPERATOR shall, use its best efforts to advertise and promote the business of the Hotel in such a manner as it considers appropriate in such newspaper, magazine, radio, television, directories, pamphlets and other media as it considers appropriate provided that such expenditures in any Financial Year shall not exceed the Annual Budget.

The Parties may also consider mutually agreeable co-marketing at other events, such as those with the Chamber of Commerce, music in the Plaza, etc., and such other marketing and promotional activities.

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER.
