Bidders MUST ATTEND the pre-meeting to address questions and tour areas of the two (2) major facilities.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. Owner will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 13, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Lincolnwood Public Works Facility (0000 X. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx), at which time, all Bidders will receive an overview of the project scope and have an opportunity to ask questions about the project.   • Kick-off Meeting The goal of this subtask is to establish the lines of communication and procedures for implementing this Agreement. The Recipient shall: • Attend a “Kick-off” meeting with the CAM, the Commission Agreement Officer (CAO), and any other Energy Commission staff relevant to the Agreement. The Recipient will bring its Project Manager and any other individuals designated by the CAM to this meeting.   • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.

  • Meeting Agenda 6.1 The Co-chairpersons will prepare an agenda and forward a copy of the agenda to all Joint Committee members at least one week in advance of the meeting (sample attached).
