MAINTENANCE OF CONTRACT. 22.1 Within thirty (30) days of ratification of the Agreement by both parties herein, the DISTRICT shall have copies prepared and delivered to each bargaining unit member. The cost shall be shared equally between the ASSOCIATION and the DISTRICT.

MAINTENANCE OF CONTRACT. 5.1 Upon request by either party, the Association officials and District administrators shall meet to discuss school issues relating to interpretation or compliance with its Collective Bargaining Agreement or other working conditions. When a request is made, the meeting shall be held within two working days or at a mutually agreed upon time.
