Association Officials definition

Association Officials means the officers and directors of an Association and “Association Official” means any one of them;
Association Officials means the elected Chapter Executive Members, Local Representatives and Staff Representatives of the Association, for the purpose of formal relations between the SMS and the Association.
Association Officials means any member of the board of directors, officers, executive and staff (including interns) of an Association.
