Machinery & Equipment. The Authority shall upon receiving a request from the Contractor, provide the machinery & equipment specified in Schedule-P on payment of hire charges at the monthly rates specified therein. The Parties agree that the monthly rate for each machine or equipment shall be inclusive of fuel and all other operating charges, which shall be converted into daily rates taking a month comprising 25 (twenty five) working days. The Parties further agree that for each machinery or equipment:
Machinery & Equipment. The machinery equipment located, as of the Closing Date, at the Leased Premises, as described in Exhibit C hereto (hereinafter the "Machinery Equipment");
Machinery & Equipment. 4.7.1. Electricity The Harbour Operator shall ensure that Electrical Systems within the Harbour Facilities are adequately maintained in compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
Machinery & Equipment. All of the machinery, equipment, office and computer equipment, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, jigs, dies, tooling, patterns, tooling fixtures, trucks, motor vehicles and all other fixed tangible assets owned by Seller and used by Seller in the Embassy Business, including those identified in Schedule 1.1.1 attached hereto (the “Machinery & Equipment”), together with any rights of Seller to all warranties, and guaranties by, and rights, choses in action, and claims, known or unknown, matured or unmatured, accrued or contingent against third parties relating to any other Assets, including rights in and to insurance and indemnity claims of the Seller relating to any such other Assets, if any, and to the extent assignable, received from the manufacturers and sellers of such items;
Machinery & Equipment a. All Custodian/Janitor equipment such as polishers, vacuums, sweepers, shampooer, janitor carts, mop buckets and wringers, brooms, mops, and miscellaneous equipment must always be kept thoroughly clean and properly attended.
Machinery & Equipment and apparatus belonging to Tenant which cause noise or vibration that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building, to such a degree as to be reasonably objectionable to Landlord and or other tenants or to cause harm to the Building, shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, on vibration eliminators or other devices sufficient to eliminate the transmission of such noise and vibration. Tenant shall cease using any such machinery, which causes objectionable noise and vibration, which cannot be sufficiently mitigated.
Machinery & Equipment. AND FURNITURE All of the assets of all kind used primarily in relation to the Purchased Business, whether or not affixed to the Leased Property, and other goods and chattels of the Seller, including, without limitation, all of the machinery, equipment, vehicles, computer hardware, fixtures, furniture, furnishings, parts, tooling molds, dies, jigs or patterns and other fixed assets described in Schedule 2.1(b);
Machinery & Equipment. Tenant shall regularly, at commercially reasonable intervals, inspect all portions of the Premises, both interior and exterior, and all machinery and equipment therein, so as to enable Tenant to promptly detect the need for repairs to any part thereof; shall make such repairs as Tenant is herein obligated to make, and shall promptly notify Landlord in writing of the need for any repairs Landlord is obligated to make pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.02 above.
Machinery & Equipment. All of the machinery, equipment, office equipment, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, jigs, dies, tooling, patterns, tooling fixtures, trucks, motor vehicles and all other fixed tangible assets of Seller used in the Xxxxxxxxx Business identified in Schedule 1.1.1 attached hereto (the "Machinery & Equipment"), together with any rights of Seller to all warranties, if any, and to the extent assignable, received from the manufacturers and sellers of such items;
