Limit on Consecutive. Workdays Except where a hazard to life or property exists, employees will not be required to work more than 21 consecutive days without having two (2) consecutive days off at the straight time rate of pay. The third week regular scheduled days off will be given if at all possible. If the days off should fall beyond the 21 day period, then the employee will receive the days off and straight time pay for two days.
