Weekend Premiums Clause Samples

The Weekend Premiums clause establishes additional compensation for work performed during weekends. Typically, this clause specifies a higher pay rate or a fixed bonus for employees or contractors who are required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or designated non-standard workdays. By clearly outlining the conditions and rates for weekend work, the clause ensures fair remuneration and incentivizes availability during less desirable shifts, addressing the challenge of staffing and compensating work outside regular business hours.
