License Limitation. Nothing contained in this Section 3 or otherwise in the Agreement shall transfer any right, title, or interest in or to any Service to Demand Partner. Except as expressly stated in Section 3.1 above, as between Fyber and Demand Partner, Fyber and its Affiliates retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service(s). Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, Demand Partner will not access, use, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, lend, distribute or otherwise make available or exploit the Services, the SDK or the API.

Except as expressly stated in Section 3.1 above, as between Fyber and Supply Partner, Fyber and its Affiliates retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service(s). Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, Supply Partner will not access, use, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, lend, distribute or otherwise make available or exploit the Services, the SDK or the API.
License Limitation. Client may use the Software only at the specific facilities identified in Exhibit A and only on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Client may not use the Software as part of a commercial time-sharing or service bureau operation or in any other resale capacity. Client may use the Documentation solely in support of the Software. Client agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or extract, as applicable, any ideas, algorithms or procedures from the Software or Documentation for any reason. Client may not use the System as a guide or template for the purposes of determining specifications or requirements for or in any way developing a similar or competing product. Client may not reverse engineer or decompile the Software.
License Limitation. The magnetic media, disk or CD-ROM on which the SOFTWARE is recorded may contain modules or applications for which you do not have a fully paid license to use. You agree to install and use only those applications or modules of the SOFTWARE for which you have a fully paid license.
License Limitation. You agree that nothing in this agreement shall operate to transfer to You, including User Institution, any intellectual property rights relating to the Data except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
License Limitation. Except as otherwise stated herein, including, without limitation, Sections 2.2, 2.3, 3.6 and 3.7, N-Mer acknowledges and understands that no license is conveyed or implied for use of the Systems herein.
License Limitation. The Commission grants to the Company, its agents, contractors, and employees (collectively, the Company’s “Representatives”) a temporary, non- exclusive license to enter and use the Storage Premises for storage of goods and equipment associated with the Company’s operation of the Stadium, provided that the Company’s use of the Storage Premises is reasonable at all times and comports with the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws. The Commission and the Company mutually acknowledge that the Commission and/or the Commission’s tenants, licensees, and invitees are entitled to use certain portions of the Property exclusive of the Storage Premises. In the event any conflict between the Company’s use of the Storage Premises and other preexisting uses of the Property arises, the Company agrees that it will not interfere with such other uses of the Property.
License Limitation. Philips shall use the Technology for the sole purpose of manufacturing the Philips Products and the DISH Branded Philips Products and not for any other purpose. Subject to the limitations set forth below, Philips shall have the right to incorporate all or part of the Technology into Integrated Products (as defined in Section 1.23 above), but shall have no right to incorporate the Technology into a particular Additional Revenue Product (as defined in Section 1.23 above) unless and until such time as Philips, HTS and the licensor(s), if any, of the technology necessary to generate the additional revenue streams agree upon their respective rights to, and obligations regarding, that technology and the aggregate revenue stream generated by the Additional Revenue Product. In limitation of the foregoing, Philips will manufacture and assemble the Philips Products and the DISH Branded Philips products so that they are only compatible with the DISH Network (as defined in Section A of the Introduction) and cannot be used to receive signals transmitted by third party providers of DBS programming. In limitation of the foregoing, Philips is expressly prohibited from incorporating all or any part of the Technology into any product which also incorporates technology enabling the product to receive and/or decode signals transmitted by satellite transponders that are neither owned nor controlled by ESC or an ESC Affiliate. Philips is prohibited from using or distributing all or any part of the Technology for the purpose of manufacturing, or having manufactured, any other Digital Satellite Receiver or for any purpose not expressly set forth in this Agreement without HTS' prior written consent, which consent may be withheld in HTS' sole discretion.
License Limitation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all of the licenses granted to Vaccinogen herein expressly exclude any rights with respect to the Excluded Assets, and the exclusive license granted to Vaccinogen in Section 2.1 shall in no event restrict Intracel’s right to use, practice, research, develop, or commercialize the Excluded Assets.
License Limitation. The License is limited to your use of the Show4me Streaming and Show4me VR on any Apple-branded Devices that the you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in Apple’s ‘App Store Terms of Service’ (“Apple’s Terms”), except that the Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via ‘Family Sharing’ or ‘volume purchasing’ as the terms are understood under Apple’s Terms.
