License Duration; Renewals. PlanetTogether may offer to license the Software set forth in each Order Form under either (a) a perpetual license (“Perpetual License”) that shall survive as long as this Agreement is in effect or (b) a subscription license (“Subscription License”) that shall be effective solely during the subscription term (“Subscription Term”) set forth in the Order Form or, (c) a trial license (“Trial License”) that shall be effective solely for 30 days, and any renewal, as described in this Section 2.2, collectively, the “License Term”). Client acknowledges that the Software may include functionality that prevents access to and use of the Software in a way that exceeds Client’s license (e.g., permitted Users and/or License Term) and/or in the event that Client fails to pay the applicable Fees.

Each Solution license will automatically renew for the renewal period specified on the applicable Quote, if any, or, if not specified, for a period of one year unless either party notifies the other at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the renewal term that it does not intend to renew the License Term.

  • License Duration The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.

  • DURATION & RENEWAL 22.01 This agreement shall be effective from the 1st day of March, 2011 up to and including the 28th day of February 2014. Either party shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the other party as provided in the Canada Labour Code, of its desire to bargain with a view to the renewal of the expiring collective agreement at any time within a period of 90 days before the expiry date of the agreement. Following such notice to bargain, the parties shall meet within 15 days of the notice or within such further period as the parties mutually agree upon.

  • License Renewal Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.

  • Extended Work Year A teacher requested by the Board to work in his/her regular assignment beyond the contracted number of days shall be offered an extended contract and compensated at the scheduled per diem rate, as specified in Article XXV. Compensation for weeks worked after July 1 shall be at the new rate.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Length of Work Year 1. The length of the work year for custodians, accountants, (excluding school lunch accountant), personnel specialist, maintenance, maintenance helpers, mechanics, purchasing coordinator, county receptionist, warehouse and property records coordinator shall be twelve months.

  • TAM Extension Service The TAM Extension Service is an extension of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux TAM Service to provide additional technical knowledge such as SAP implementations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The TAM Extension Service requires a separate active and paid standard TAM Service Subscription.

  • License Period The license granted hereunder shall be effective and terminate as of the dates specified in Schedule D attached hereto, unless sooner terminated or renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
