Trial License. We grant you a free-of-charge, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for one (1) Authorized User to install and use one (1) copy of the Software solely for internal Non-Production purposes to evaluate the Software to determine whether to purchase a license to the Software. You may not download more than one (1) copy of the Software unless otherwise authorized by us. You may not use the Software for any other purpose. You may only use the Software for thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, unless otherwise authorized by us ("Trial Period"). Unless you pay the applicable fee for the Software, the Software may become inoperable and, in any event, your right to use Software automatically expires at the end of the Trial Period. We may terminate your license to the trial version of the Software upon written notice at any time for any reason and without liability of any kind. If you subsequently license a non-trial version of the Software, your license to the trial version of the Software shall immediately terminate.
Trial License. (a) If Customer is evaluating Evaluation Software (as defined below), then only the terms and conditions of this Section 16 (including those Sections of this Agreement incorporated in this Section 16 by reference) will govern Customer’s temporary use of such Evaluation Software (and no other terms of this Agreement shall apply to Customer or govern Customer’s use of Evaluation Software) and upon purchase of a commercial license for such Evaluation Software, this entire Agreement, exclusive of this Section 16, shall apply to Customer and govern all use of the Licensed Material.
Trial License. (a) If Customer has installed Evaluation Software (as defined below) and Customer is authorized by Froala to evaluate such Evaluation Software (as defined below), then only the terms and conditions of this Section 16 (including those Sections of this Agreement incorporated in this Section 16 by reference) will govern Customer’s temporary use of such Evaluation Software (and no other terms of this Agreement shall apply to Customer or govern Customer’s use of Evaluation Software) and upon purchase of a commercial license for such Evaluation Software, this entire Agreement, exclusive of this Section 16, shall apply to Customer and govern all use of the Licensed Material.
Trial License. BMC grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to access and use the Technology for a 30-day time period, unless otherwise provided by BMC (“Trial Period”), only (a) to internally evaluate and determine whether to acquire a license to the Products for a fee, or (b) if User is an authorized BMC Partner or a Service Provider, to demonstrate to the prospective customer for the prospective customer’s internal evaluation purposes.
Trial License. Provided automatically for a 30 days to use the Product without any limitation on product functionality for that period. This agreement presupposes that you are using the Product and the Trial License with the intent to acquire a license for the Product after a successful test period. MAPILab may contact you to discuss the progress of your testing of the Product and the obtaining of a Subscription.
Trial License. This includes all rights and responsibilities associated with the Enterprise Edition including an Add-on for a limited amount of time. This license may only be used for purposes related to your initial internal evaluation and proof-of-concept activities and shall not be used for development or testing purposes, even on a temporary basis, after a commercial license has been purchased. For All Licenses: In no case shall you rent, lease, lend, redistribute nor re-license Xtract Universal or source code to a 3rd party individual or entity, except as outlined above. In no case shall you grant further redistribution rights for Xtract Universal to the end-users of your solution. All servers on which you are going to install our software have to be licensed. It is independent if this is a productive environment or a non-productive environment.
Trial License. If a BlackBerry Solution is provided by BlackBerry to Customer for internal testing purposes (“Trial”), the license set out above shall be of a sixty (60) day limited duration from when the BlackBerry Solution is made available by BlackBerry to Customer unless stated otherwise by BlackBerry in writing (“Trial Period”) and shall apply solely to the extent necessary to perform the Trial. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, such license shall automatically terminate upon the expiry of the Trial Period, or earlier if Customer breaches any provision of this Agreement, and subsection 11(d) of this Agreement shall apply. The Trial Period may be extended or terminated by BlackBerry in writing at any time in its sole discretion.

Trial License. 3.1 There is a possibility for a trial license. A trial license is a trial of a period of 30 days prior to the initial Term of 12 months, as determined by PolderValley. In the Confirmation Email is indicated if there is a trial period. If so, the last day of the trial period will be indicated as well.
Trial License. Good may provide Customer with a free testing arrangement (“Trial”) of the Good Platform, whether written, verbal or implied. If Customer has been granted a server license key prior to placing an Order for licenses, in the absence of a written arrangement defining the scope of a Trial, a 30-day Trial shall be assumed. Notwithstanding any terms and conditions described in this Agreement to the contrary, any Trial shall be subject to the following: The Trial license(s) shall be of limited duration and shall expire automatically upon completion of the Trial The Trial shall terminate immediately without notice from Good if Customer fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement The Customer may terminate the Trial earlier at any time by destroying and/or returning to Good all copies of the Software Upon any expiration or termination of the Trial, the Customer must return and/or destroy all copies of the Software Good shall be permitted to terminate all access to the Good Platform without notice to Customer upon any expiration or termination of the Trial.
