Less Frequent Evaluation Cycles. Teachers/school counselors who are rated Accomplished on the most recent evaluation will be subject to a Full Evaluation Cycle once (1) every three (3) years unless s/he is up for renewal, provided the teacher/school counselor submits a self-directed Professional Growth Plan to the evaluator each year, and for teachers, the evaluator determines the teacher is making growth progress on that plan. Growth progress is defined as completing action steps, attaining a goal statement, and/or providing evidence on qualitative or quantitative indicators for the bargaining unit member. If a teacher/school counselor does not need to complete a full evaluation cycle, they will complete a Less Frequent Evaluation Cycle. Teachers/school counselor who are rated Skilled on the most recent evaluation will be subject to a Full Evaluation cycle once (1) every two (2) years unless s/he is up for renewal, provided to the teacher/school counselor and the evaluator jointly develop a Professional Growth Plan or the teacher/school counselor, and for teachers, the evaluator determines the teacher is making growth progress on that plan. Growth progress is defined as completing an action step, attaining a goal statement, and/or providing evidence on qualitative or quantitative indicators for the bargaining unit member. If a teacher/school counselor does not need to complete a full evaluation cycle, they will complete a Less Frequent Evaluation Cycle. The Less Frequent Evaluation Cycle consists of a professional growth plan, one (1) informal walkthrough, and one post-conference discussion of progress on the Professional Growth Plan. A teacher/school counselor may request a formal observation at any time, in addition to those required. Such requests may be denied by the Evaluator. The evaluator will supply the teacher/school counselor with the reason for the denial in writing.

A continuing contract teacher who receives a rating of “Accomplished” on his/her most recent evaluation shall be evaluated once every three (3) school years, as long as the teacher submits a self-directed professional growth plan to the evaluator that focuses on specific areas identified in the observations and evaluation and the evaluator determines that the teacher is making progress on that plan.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

  • Utilization Scale STATE shall scale logs or portions of logs that are broken, wasted, or not removed by PURCHASER due to: (1) improper felling or bucking of the logs; (2) failure to remove the logs prior to deterioration; and (3) logs remaining on the timber sale area after completion of logging, provided the logs were merchantable prior to breakage or wastage. Material used to meet down material requirements in the section titled, "Reserved Timber," shall not be considered for utilization scale. PURCHASER shall pay for the logs at the contract price designated in Section 44. STATE shall notify PURCHASER of the volume of logs so scaled. Payment shall be considered due on such volume as if the logs were removed on the date of said notification. In the event PURCHASER disagrees with the findings made by STATE under this section, PURCHASER may furnish scaling by a third-party scaling organization acceptable to STATE. Costs and expenses of such third party shall be paid for by PURCHASER, and the findings of the third party shall be final.
