Leave Time and Holidays. 1. Bach job sharing partner who works at least half time shall be entitled to sick leave and, when eligible, vacation leave on a pro-rated basis (e.g., each employee who works one-half the normal schedule shall receive one-half of the normal sick leave and/or vacation time).
