Last Engine Shop Visits. With respect to the last Engine shop visit of an Engine prior to return of the Aircraft, LESSEE will submit to LESSOR at least thirty (30) days in advance the intended workscope of such shop visit, unless the shop visit is unscheduled, in which case LESSEE will promptly notify LESSOR and the workscope will be submitted to Lessor as soon as it is available. If LESSOR requests, LESSEE will perform additional work at such shop visit at LESSOR’s cost.

Last Engine Shop Visits. With respect to the last Engine shop visit of an Engine prior to return of the Aircraft, LESSEE will submit to LESSOR in advance the intended workscope of such shop visit. If LESSOR requests, LESSEE will perform additional work at such shop visit at LESSOR's cost provided that if the same shall result in delay in redelivery, extension of the Lease Term or cause the Engine to be removed from service early or for a period in excess of the period the Engine would have been removed from revenue service absent such additional work, no Rent or other costs will be payable by LESSEE for the period which is attributable solely to LESSOR's requested work (unless and to the extent LESSEE shall have otherwise agreed in writing). In the event that LESSOR requests LESSEE to remove an Engine from service for additional work, LESSOR will use reasonable efforts to provide a spare engine or will reimburse LESSEE for the cost of any spare engine provided or procured by LESSEE.
Last Engine Shop Visits. With respect to the last Engine shop visit of an Engine prior to return of the Aircraft, Lessee will submit to Lessor at least thirty (30) days in advance the intended work scope of such shop visit for approval. If Lessor requests, Lessee will perform additional work at such shop visit at Lessor’s cost, provided however, that no such additional work shall require Lessee to remove any Engine from revenue service at a date earlier than the date it would have done so in the absence of such requested additional work and further provided, that such additional work and the performance thereof will not cause a delay in redelivery, a delay in the occurrence of the Termination Date or interfere with the relevant maintenance providers operations or completion of the required shop visit.

Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the following February.

  • Spares/bunkers, etc The Sellers shall deliver the Vessel to the Buyers with everything belonging to her on board and on shore. All spare parts and spare equipment including spare tail-end shaft(s) and/or spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s), if any, belonging to the Vessel at the time of inspection used or unused, whether on board or not shall become the Buyers' property, but spares on order are to be excluded. Forwarding charges, if any, shall be for the Buyers' account. The Sellers are not required to replace spare parts including spare tail-end shaft(s) and spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s) which are taken out of spare and used as replacement prior to delivery, but the replaced items shall be the property of the Buyers. The radio installation and navigational equipment shall be included in the sale without extra payment if they are the property of the Sellers. Unused stores and provisions shall be included in the sale and be taken over by the Buyers without extra payment. The Sellers have the right to take ashore crockery, plates, cutlery, linen and other articles bearing the Sellers' flag or name, provided they replace same with similar unmarked items. Library, forms, etc., exclusively for use in the Sellers' vessel(s), shall be excluded without compensation. Captain's, Officers' and Crew's personal belongings including the slop chest are to be excluded from the sale, as well as the following additional items (including items on hire): Please see Clause 19 The Buyers bunkers are the Charterers property and are to be excluded from the sale. The shall take over the remaining bunkers and unused lubricating oils in storage tanks and sealed drums shall remain the property of the sellers. Vessel’s new managers will pay sellers for these lubricating oils at net contract price as and when they are broached and pay the current net market price (excluding barging expenses) at the port and date of delivery of the Vessel. Payment under this Clause shall be made at the same time and place and in the same currency as the Purchase Price.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
