Common use of Labour Management Relations Committee Clause in Contracts

Labour Management Relations Committee. 27.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee will be appointed within thirty (30) calendar days of the signing of this Agreement, consisting of two (2) representatives of the Union who shall be employees of SSP Canada Food Services Inc., and one (1) employee of SSP Canada Airport Services Inc. and three (3) representatives of the Employer, who shall meet on a monthly basis or more often by mutual agreement to discuss working conditions, economy of operations, quality and quantity of service and other matters to promote a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. Employees shall suffer no loss of pay or be entitled to overtime as a result of attending such meetings. The parties will endeavour to hold all meetings during work time but, if this is not possible, employees who attend a Labour/Management Relations Committee meeting outside of work time will be paid straight time for all time spent at the meeting.
