Jury Duty/Subpoena. 9.10 When a teacher is required to be absent because of jury duty or subpoena, the teacher shall be subject to neither loss of salary nor deductions from sick leave. Fees receivable shall be turned over to the Board, excluding legitimate expenses incurred.
