JOINT HIRING HALL COMMITTEE. 42. The Joint Hiring Hall Committee shall consist of three (3) members to be appointed by the Union and three (3) members to be appointed by the Association. A quorum shall consist of not less than two (2) representatives appointed by the Union and two (2) representatives appointed by the Association. The number of votes allowed each side, however, shall in no event exceed the lesser number of Union or Employer members, as the case may be. The Joint Hiring Hall Committee shall select a Chairperson and a Secretary from its membership.

JOINT HIRING HALL COMMITTEE. 1. A Joint Hiring Hall Committee comprised of four individuals, two appointed by each party, shall be established. This committee shall meet at least quarterly to review the provisions of this agreement, recommend modifications, and address issues referred to the committee as provided for in this agreement.

No employee shall be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee's regular workday for any day the employee is in negotiations. The agency shall not reimburse employees for travel, meals, lodging, or any expense incurred in connection with attendance at negotiating sessions.
