JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND HOURS OF WORK. 6.01 Guaranteed Hours Employees who were employed on the signing date of this agreement shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work per day for the regular a.m. and p.m. runs, including incidentals, subject to the provisions of the collective agreement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND HOURS OF WORK. Each am route and each route will be guaranteed two (2) hours pay at the rate of pay as outlined in Schedule “A”. Kindergarten routes will be guaranteed two (2) hours pay at the rate of pay as outlined in Schedule “A”. The two (2) hour guarantee includes time spent performing circle checks, deadhead, bus wash, interior cleaning, routing issues, reasonable traffic delay, breakdowns, and fuelling. These duties will be distributed between the am and positions where reasonable to do so. Any time worked in the performance of (a) and above, in excess of the two (2) hour guarantee, will be paid at the hourly rate outlined in Schedule “A”.   • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:

  • HOURS OF WORK i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • HOURS OF WORK & OVERTIME 9.01 A regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours worked between Monday and Saturday.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 8.01 A regular workday shall consist of eight hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A regular workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours, comprised of five (5) regular work days, Monday to Friday inclusive.
