Investigative Section. Personnel assigned to the investigative section shall receive an annual clothing, footwear and miscellaneous equipment maintenance allowance of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to be paid semi-annually, the first payday in January and June. Personnel assigned to the investigative section after January (and after June) will receive a prorated payment ($76.92 x number of pay periods to be served in that assignment for the semi-annual period). From this allowance, investigative section employees shall purchase all necessary clothing as per division policy, and maintain at least one (1) complete uniform as described in Appendix B herein at a minimum.
