International Private Line. E-1 and below. Standard monthly recurring rates and charges for international private line service set forth in the Guide for circuit speeds at E-1 and below. The discount is off of the US half-circuit then-current Regional Term rates and does not include or apply to local access charges. Converged Ethernet Access Services: Customer will pay standard rates, less discount for Converged Ethernet Access Services, Type 1.
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $3,115 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line Service circuit based on originating location and bandwidth. This rate does not include charges for local loop access services. This circuit must remain installed for a minimum of 12 months (“Service Term”). If Customer terminates the circuit before the end of the Service Term, Company reserves the right to charge Customer an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for each month remaining in the Service Term. All applicable Terms and Conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the Service Term.
International Private Line. In lieu of all other rates, discounts and promotions, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $6,423.32 for US ½ circuit IOC portion of the DS-3 fiber International Private Line Service, based on originating location, terminating location and bandwidth. Discounts:
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charges ranging from $12,005 and $22,922 and a non-recurring charge of $358 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line STM/OC-3 Service between Costa Rica, Los Angeles and Miami. US Wavelength Point to Point Ultra Long Haul Circuits (“XXX”) Line Service: In lieu of all other rates and discounts Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $3,540 to $19,419 for 10GB XXX Service at 7 circuit end points mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Local access is not included and is additional. A 1 year term applies. If Customer terminates circuits before he end of the 1 year term for reasons other cause, Customer will pay an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for the circuit multiplied by the number of months remaining in the unexpired portion of the 1 year commitment, plus a pro rata portion of any and all credits received by Customer in connection with the circuit. Circuit Term/Early Termination: In order to receive the pricing set forth above, Customer must maintain 10 Gb circuits installed after the 21st Amendment Effective Date, for a minimum of one year. If Customer terminates any of said circuits before the end of the one year minimum Service Term for reasons other than Customer termination for Cause, Customer will pay an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for the circuit multiplied by the number of months remaining in the unexpired portion of the one year commitment, plus a pro rata portion of any and all credits received by Customer
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $509 for 1,024 Kbps International Private Line Service between Florida and Costa Rica.
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $22,388 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line STM1/OC-3 Service circuit based on originating location and bandwidth. This rate does not include charges for local loop access services. IPL Cross-Border In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly IOC charge of $3,000 for U.S. ½ circuit and a monthly recurring charge of $4,000 for STM-4 IPL Cross Border Service via Global Data Link between New York, NY and Toronto, Ont. A 36 month term applies. Discounts:
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $6,788 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line 256 kbps Service circuit based on originating location and bandwidth. Access Monitoring Condition: If Customer terminates a Dedicated Access circuit, US Private Line circuit, Metro Private Line circuit or GDL circuit prior to the minimum 12 month circuit term, then Company reserves the right to collect payment from Customer of 100% of the MRC for each full month remaining in the 12 month circuit term and a prorated portion of any partial months. Discounts:
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $2,500 and an installation charge of $6,250 for International Private Line originating in the United States and terminating in Mexico. The access loop and PTT are included in the monthly recurring charge and installation price. Company reserves the right to charge Customer an amount equal to the monthly recurring charge for such circuit multiplied by the number of months remaining in the two (2) year circuit term. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed IOC monthly recurring charges ranging from $475 to $3,200 and per mile charges ranging from $0.30 to $7.00 for Dedicated Leased Line Service.
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $5,866.15 for 1024K International Private Line for 1 Circuit ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. Discounts:
International Private Line. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $2,235 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line E1 Service circuit originating in the United States and terminating in Guatemala. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charges ranging from $1,750 to $3,000 for U.S. ½ circuit IOC portion of the International Private Line Service E1 circuit originating in the United States and terminating in India. This rate does not include charges for local loop access services and supplies only to the U.S. half-circuit IOC portion of the circuit.
