Monthly Recurring Charge definition

Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

Monthly Recurring Charge refers to the sum that the Requesting Licensee shall pay for the service on a monthly basis computed from the beginning of the month as specified in Schedule 15;

Monthly Recurring Charge means the monthly charges for the Services as set out in the applicable COF;

More Definitions of Monthly Recurring Charge

Monthly Recurring Charge means the recurring monthly amount charged by the Service Provider to the Customer for the Services;

Monthly Recurring Charge means either the per month recurring charge or if the recurring charge is stated other than on a per month basis, to divide the recurring charge by the requisite number of months to derive the per month recurring charge. As an example, if the recurring charge of RM3000 is on a quarterly basis, then the per month recurring charge is RM3,000 divided by 3;
